- Description of the Scholarship or Financial Aid Option. Include information about the amount of the reward and requirements to apply. If relevant, please include information on how to access company job opportunities for individuals interested in pursuing a degree in nursing while working for you.
- Details on the application process, including how to access an application, and the deadline to apply. Also, include information on when the scholarship or financial aid option will be awarded.
- Contact name, phone number and e-mail address for individuals that have questions or concerns regarding the scholarship or financial aid option.
- Any other important information for individuals that are applying for the scholarship or financial aid option.
