February 2015 Nursing Diversity Summit

The 2010 Institute Of Medicines’ Future of Nursing Report called for a push to Increase Diversity in Nursing. It states that, “A more diverse nursing workforce will lead to better communication, interaction and treatment for patients of all backgrounds”.  The Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence with Support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is pleased to announce the next opportunity to address this important issue and develop strategies to increase diversity in our nursing workforce across the state. The location will be the Drury Inn & Suites Denver-Stapleton.
