The 2026 conference will be held again at the Parker Arts Culture & Events Center in Parker, Colorado.
Conference Objectives
Attendees will be able to describe and apply at least two evidence-informed leadership practices and two actionable strategies that strengthen professional voice, foster psychological safety, and expand leadership pathways across clinical, academic, and organizational settings.
- Apply Leadership Practices Across Settings
Participants will be able to describe and apply at least two evidence-informed leadership practices that foster healthy, caring environments and support leadership development across clinical, academic, and organizational settings. - Strengthen Voice and Psychological Safety
Participants will be able to identify and implement at least two actionable strategies to strengthen professional voice, influence, and psychological safety among nurses and interprofessional colleagues across many different roles and career stages. - Expand Leadership Pathways
Participants will be able to evaluate and select at least two leadership strategies that expand pathways to influence, elevate all voices, and promote participation across roles, career stages, and practice environments.
